I was looking through the Annual 2017-2018 Stampin Up Catalog, and I saw an adorable card idea on page 28 that used the Jar of Love stamp set, so I had to give it a try!
I decided to make a set of cards I could give away as a gift.
When creating this card I would ink up my stamp, stamp once on a piece of scrap paper and then stamp again (without inking my stamp back up) on my card base. Using the same color I would ink up my layering stamp and stamp on top of the first image. That is what creates the “layered” look. While I only used 3 different ink pads to create the flowers, it looks like I used 6!
This is definetly a beautiful, fast and easy card to make... as long as you remember to layer!
